STC 2020 Directors Meeting: Zoom Instructions
Registration:

All attendees must register in advance for the meeting. Zoom creates a unique meeting link for each registrant so you cannot simply share your meeting link with someone else. Please do share the registration link above with anyone in your Center you would like to attend the meeting.
Hosts:
Center Coordinator Emily Haderer will be hosting the zoom meeting. Emily will handle Zoom meeting logistics and registrations.
CIQM Managing Director Naomi Brave will be co-hosting the Zoom. If you have questions during the meeting please reach out to Naomi using the chat feature.
Panel Discussions:
Please turn off your video and mute yourself during the panel discussions. This way we can bring the panelists faces to the top of everyone’s screen during the discussions.
If you’d like to ask a question to the panel, we encourage you to submit your questions in advance here: http://ciqm.harvard.edu/stc-panelist-questions.html
You can also type your question into the chat window live during the panel discussion but we will be prioritizing questions sent in advance as time allows. The meeting hosts will read the questions in the order they are received. When your question is read you may turn on your video if you would like to engage with the panel.
Breakout groups:
Attendees will be assigned to breakout groups, and you will automatically enter a breakout group at the assigned time, and join the whole group when breakouts are over.
